I tried downloading it 2 times, and the last moment when you download it to your phone, just stay there (chrome download) and don't disconnect from the internet and wait.

We apologize for any inconvenience, however there seems to be a solution. From a user who goes by the name of 3hoursonly: "You can still download it via the ITCH website. (Take the url from the bar in the itch client and access the itch page of this game in your browser."
Can do, and im definitely willing to go that route.
the only issue with that however is that id have to start a new game from scratch. Downloading from the website vs the app, has the issue of saves not carrying over. the app creates a file specific for those saves, but ive never figured out how to take the new update from the website and force the itch.io app to use the new update.
for now, ill download anyhow off the website, but please do let me know if you discover a way to resolve the issue with the App and this most recent update.
The game can't be updated automatically because the platforms are not set for each file. That's something the developers have to do for each new version.
the platforms for the *-pc.zip file are windows and linux, android for the apk file and apple for the -mac.zip file.
Meanwhile, to transfer your saves from the old to the new version, you can copy the game\saves folder into the new version folder.

The reason for most of these problems is that the APK file size is too big. Newer versions of the game updated over the next few months should be smaller. My apologies for any troubles.
Howlies Aron:3, Hmmm, that's a very odd situation; it maybe resolved by deleting the update and re-downloading the files. Please let us know if this helps or if the problem remains unresolved.
There's also the chance that the game size is too big to launch. We have reduced the overall size of the game for the latest Patreon builds (versions 66 and 67).
I really enjoyed this story, well I was enjoying it until all of a sudden it just stops and the credits appear on screen, and not just stops but stops in a weird place, I understand you haven't finished it yet but it was just a shock to all of a sudden end at that point in the story. I hope the rest comes out soon

Good news, it's likely not your phone that's the issue. For many devices, the limit on apk sizes is 2GB; our game is just too big to run on the phone. We've explored and trimmed the file size in the latest build to under 2GB on Patreon this month (version 66). We'll see how it runs and hopefully get good feedback. Sorry for the inconvenience.

As some others stated, the download wont finish on Android. It gets flagged as forbbiden at the last minute.
When will this game release a new update? I'm waiting so long for new update!

After playing for a long time. I still can't find the replay scene from the Oscar show... it's very difficult 😭😭. And I like the games!
When I try to update the app it says that its not compatible. Maybe its because I have android 14?

This is one of the only games I really enjoy. Big, beefy studs all over the place- it's like a dream for me lol.
