No hints as to when the surprise moment to wait for is, don't need to know what, just when or where if you wanna be vague

Not knowing where I need to be for the secret chapter to unlock is starting to drive me crazy. Even with that hint, I still don't get it.
Same here. That hint could be anywhere.
I figured out where it was. I went back and restarted the story and waited at least a minute on every single time where you needed to make a choice or an action. Eventually, waiting causes the scene to trigger during one of the choices. I'm not going to spoil it, but, in lieu of a direct answer, just go back and wait roughly a minute every time a choice for something comes up. If it doesn't progress automatically, that's not the right one.
I'm trying not to give any spoilers, but it happens pretty far into the story.
